Henderson County wants the state to decide its water issue with the city of Hendersonville.
County commissioners yesterday adopted a resolution to hand the matter over to the state. Hendersonville currently controls the water system, but only a fourth of the customers actually live in the city.
Meantime, commissioners say they'll continue talks with Hendersonville.
