Another attempt to repeal House Bill Two is introduced in Raleigh. Since Henderson County Representative Chuck McGrady's compromise proposal has run aground in the House, Charlotte Democratic state Senator Joel Ford is proposing his own plan. Senate Bill 332 would repeal HB2, in full, and would establish a “cooling-off” period of 30-days that prevents municipal government from enacting any ordinances that pertain to bathroom, shower, or locker room access.
