Victims of Hurricane Matthew appear to be getting the shaft from the federal government. North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper says in a letter to President Trump and Congressional leaders that he is shocked and disappointed that only $6.1 million dollars in federal disaster funding has been granted to the state's recovery effort. NC asked for $900 million. Cooper calls it "an incredible failure by the Trump Administration and Congressional leaders to turn their backs.”
