The Cherokee Tribal Council will vote today on whether Principal Chief Patrick Lambert deserves to be impeached.
Lambert is accused of making inappropriate business contracts and benefiting personally from his position, as well as violating hiring practices. He thinks the charges are politically motivated and the charges don't warrant impeachment.
After days of testimony, a decision will be made today.
