(Grand Rapids, MI) -- The tools used in the Watergate Hotel break-in are now on display at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The break-in happened 45 years ago this week, and led to President Nixon's resignation two years later in 1974.
Museum curator Don Holloway calls the break-in tools the items that began Ford's presidency.
The timeline of the scandal is also on display at the museum.
