The Yancey County Sherriffs Office is actively looking for a white male with dark hair, approximately 6’4” tall, with brown eyes.
The suspect fled from Unicoi County Sheriffs Office into Yancey County earlier Wednesday evening.
Residents who live in the 19W area of Yancey County near the Tennessee state line need to make sure vehicle keys are secured and home doors are locked.
The suspects name has not been released but they have released a picture.
