6:43- Russia points finger at U.S. as tensions flare with Ukraine.

There's been a sharp escalation in tensions between Russia and Ukraine. Russia's coast guard fired on three Ukrainian naval ships Sunday, then seized those vessels and their crews. It happened in waters near Crimea, the region of Ukraine Russia annexed in 2014. The countries are trading blame. Russia suggested Ukraine may have planned the incident with the U.S. with the aim of provoking conflict with Russia.
