Leftists attack prosecutor who found holes in Kavanaugh accuser's story

A 5-page letter from Rachel Mitchell to Senate Republicans highlights the inconsistencies she found while questioning Dr. Christine Blasey Ford on Thursday. Naturally, the left and the media (but, I repeat myself) are attacking the document as "political."

This, of course, allows them to avoid discussing the findings of the award-winning veteran sex crimes prosecutor.

Democrats have also shifted their argument a bit - saying Kavanaugh shouldn't be confirmed because he ripped into Democrats for their coordinated campaign of personal and destruction.

During his testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday, the Supreme Court nominee called the sexual misconduct allegations against him a "calculated and orchestrated political hit" by Democrats angry that Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election. Kavanaugh went further than Clarence Thomas, who in 1991 attacked the confirmation process but didn't single out a person or political party, when he confronted allegations that he sexually harassed Anita Hill.

"What comes around comes around. I am an optimistic guy. I always try to be on the sunrise side of the mountain, to be optimistic about the day that is coming," Kavanaugh said during his opening statement. "But today I have to say that I fear for the future."

Singling out Democrats, he also called the allegations against him a "grotesque and coordinated character assassination" that will "dissuade competent and good people from all persuasions" from serving the country.

Of course, Democrats do NOT have a problem with Ruth Bader Ginsburg's opposition to President Donald Trump. 

"He is a faker," she said of the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, going point by point, as if presenting a legal brief. "He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego. ... How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns? The press seems to be very gentle with him on that."

You see, certain Supreme Court Justices are allowed to attack elected officials. Some are more equal than others, in the eyes of the left.

Also, an associate professor at NC State says he went to college with Kavanaugh and saw Kavanaugh drink beer. Charles "Chad" Ludington is, coincidentally, a Democrat. Like all of the people accusing Kavanaugh.
