Buncombe County will be staying home and staying safe indefinitely.
Thats the word from the county’s Emergency Preparedness Coordinator Fletcher Tove.
Tove saying at a community briefing on Wednesday that the order loosens some restriction on businesses like real estate, car dealers and lawn care and that it brings the county more in line with the Governor’s Executive Emergency Order.
Tove said the new declaration also tightens restrictions on certain things as well.
There is no a ban on all public and private gatherings.
Private gatherings are to consist of only people that reside in that home space.
Weddings and Funerals are still allowed to take place but can have no more than 10 people in attendance and they must maintain social distance at all times.
