A planned protest in Wilmington this weekend has caught the attention of law enforcement and city leaders. The city's chapter of the Revolutionary Black Panther Party is advertising that it plans to hold a "armed human right march and armed freedom ride" on Sunday. State law does not allow anyone participating in a parade to carry or even have immediate access to a dangerous weapon. Organizers insist the event will remain peaceful.
