Raleigh's Sir Walter Wally did not see his shadow Thursday, predicting winter will end in two weeks. The nation's most famous groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, did see his shadow - meaning six more weeks of winter. When it comes to accuracy over the years, Wally beats Phil 58% to 37%. Chimney Rock's new groundhog Greta did not see her shadow either.
