A military judge in North Carolina is considering whether to dismiss charges against accused deserter Bowe Bergdahl.
Attorneys for the Army sergeant claim comments by President Trump have ruined his chances of getting a fair trial. Bergdahl was held by the Afghan Taliban for five years after he walked away from a remote post in 2009.
He was freed after President Obama released five former high-ranking Taliban officials held in the military prison at Guantanamo Bay.
