McDowell County sheriff's officials are investigating after two high schoolers were found with nearly 140 pills in their possession.
A resource officer at McDowell High School received a tip on February 10th. Two 15-year-old girls are facing possible felony charges after a search turned up five different kinds of medication.
The sheriff's department calls it a highly-unusual case because of the amount of meds found.
