We're learning more about the driver accused of causing a devastating five-car crash in downtown Black Mountain.
Court documents show Kyle Carney had pending driving violations against him. They include DWI, speeding and having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle.
Carney has not yet been released from the hospital following Monday's wreck.
