A young Franklin County man is accused of decapitating his mother.
Eighteen-year-old Oliver Funez was arrested yesterday on suspicion of first-degree murder. Authorities say Funez cut off the woman's head with what appeared to be a butcher knife, and then walked around with it, even holding it when deputies arrived.
They say the body camera footage could become a major part of the investigation.
