A shooting investigation is underway in Asheville.
The cops were called to a home on Pearl Street yesterday morning. The victim said he had been shot by a man who was trying to break into his car parked in the driveway. He's expected to be okay.
A nine-millimeter handgun was found at the scene, but the suspect took off.
