Asheville traffic engineers are tracking speeders along a stretch of Hillside Street.
Three electronic signs telling drivers how fast they're going have been placed between Merrimon and Mount Clare. Engineers chose that location based on complaints from residents.
The signs are the only ones the city owns and are moved around different neighborhoods to study traffic patterns.
