A Barnardsville man could get the death penalty, if he's found guilty of late March murder. March 23rd Bobby Ray Pegg, the Second was found shot dead in his home by his niece. Authorities arrested Timothy Gallion Wednesday for that murder. Gallion is not only facing a first-degree murder charge, but also a second-degree arson charge. He made his first appearance in a Buncombe County court Thursday morning.
