Man Arrested On Hate Crime Charges In Charlotte

A man is under arrest in connection with a hate crime in east Charlotte.  

Curtis Flournoy is accused of setting fire to a local Indian market Thursday night and then leaving a note, telling the owner to leave the country.  Police say Flourney, a black man, signed the letter, "White America."  

He's facing a laundry list of charges, including burning a building of trade, ethnic intimidation and anonymous or threatening letters.
