A Madison County couple is charged after their 7 week-old daughter was severely beaten. The Madison County Sheriff's office arrested the father, Billy Dewayne Taylor, on two felony counts of child abuse. The mother, Jennifer Dawn Davis, is charged with two felony counts for not reporting the abuse and failing to seek treatment of her daughter's injuries. Authorities say the infant suffered five broken ribs and two broken legs, and has ribs that are still healing from previous abuse. The baby is reportedly in stable condition at Mission Hospital.
