Trail Spiking May Soon Be "Domestic Terrorism"

Mecklenburg County Republican state Representative John Bradford has introduced a bill that would classify spiking trails or setting other traps on public mountain paths as "domestic terrorism." The bill was okayed by the House Judiciary II Committee unanimously yesterday, and now goes to the House floor.
