The man killed in a fire in Arden has been identified. Gregg Belknap of Forest Ridge Drive died in Sunday's blaze.
The Skyland Fire Department says Belknap most likely died from smoke inhalation before firefighters could arrive on scene.
Authorities say there was nothing suspicious at the scene and no definitive cause of the fire has been determined.
