A fourth person is under arrest in connection to a Burke County kidnapping case.
The Watauga County Sheriff's Office says James Parker Combs was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant from the state of Tennessee.
He's facing a kidnapping charge.
Combs and three others are suspected of kidnapping Carlton Lamaar Edmondson and abandoning him somewhere in Tennessee more than a week ago, however, there's been no sign of Edmondson.
