Seacrest Wants to Try Tom Brady’s Intense Diet & Do ‘Tom Brady February’

With Tom Brady's 7th Super Bowl win we're back to investigating the GOAT that he is and that means his strict diet. A lot of people do Dry January, but Ryan Seacrest revealed on-air he's thinking of doing "Tom Brady February."

So what exactly is Brady's super strict and intense diet? Seacrest is king of green juices and teas, but can he handle:

No white sugar. No white flour. No MSG or Iodized salt. No cooking with olive oil, only coconut oil. Himalayan pink salt as the sodium. No nightshades -- tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, or eggplants -- because they're not anti-inflammatory.

AND!

No coffee. No caffeine. No fungus. No dairy. No fruits, except maybe a banana in a smoothie.

And there's more:

According to Brady's TB12 website, his diet/day consists of:

· 80% fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and seeds

· 20% protein (chicken, red meat, seafood)

· Eat until you're 75% full

· No dairy or nightshades

· Halve your body weight in pounds and drink that many ounces of water

· Max 2 cups of coffee / No caffeine in the afternoon

· No food within 3 hours of going to bed

Seacrest shared he can handle a bevy of this, but it'll still be tricky.
