Well...here we are. 2018, just as expected for most of us. Some went out and partied all night long in the frigid temperatures of what is about 63% of the United States.
Somewhere in North Dakota it dropped down to -45 degrees and yet the good folks there are still very much alive.
Retail stores and website shopping had a stellar December 2017, no doubt the passage of tax reform helped spur a good portion of that.
Personally, I had a fantastic holiday season. I celebrated at home with Melissa, my parents were in town as well for the Christmas holidays which was an added bonus this season.
As 2018 gets into full swing, First News on 570 is going to do our very best to expand our coverage on the stories that matter most to you the listeners. If 2017 is any sort of indication, we are in for a wild ride with the news cycle. We have some exciting guests lined up for this year and we'll continue to bring you the top headlines of the day and we'll have some laughs along the way as well.
